	Alan Burns Alan Burns is a principal consultant at Flexera Software with over 10 years of experience writing installations using InstallShield. Alan also develops customer solutions with FlexNet Connect, AdminStudio, and Workflow Manager.
	John Cresswell John Cresswell's career at Flexera Software has spanned two continents and two departments. He started more than 6 years ago in England as a support engineer, and later moved to the United States, where he is now part of the InstallShield development team.
	Robert Dickau Robert Dickau co-founded the InstallShield training department in 1997. For over 10 years he has created training curricula and taught courses worldwide for Windows Installer (MSI), InstallScript, and cross-platform installation technologies. Robert has also published dozens of books, articles, and white papers on installation development and application packaging.
	Leslie Easter Leslie Easter is a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in AdminStudio, Workflow Manager, InstallShield and App Portal. He is the author of Bulletproof Installs: A Developer's Guide to Install Programs for Windows (Prentice-Hall) and The Orange Brain's Guide to AdminStudio (Orange Brain Press). Prior to his role in pre-sales, Leslie was a Principal Consultant performing consulting and training for many top Fortune 500 such companies.
	Ken Hilker Ken Hilker is the Product Manager for Flexera's InstallShield and InstallAnywhere solutions. He has over a dozen years of installation experience, having worked with both software vendors and enterprise consumers of software. Ken has previously served as a consultant, enterprise app readiness team leader, and sales engineer.
	Alun Jones Alun Jones is a technical consultant at Flexera Software, where he is responsible for delivering training and consulting services for InstallShield and AdminStudio. Alun has worked with Microsoft operating systems for over 20 years and has extensive experience of creating and customising Windows Installer (MSI) installers.
	Alan Legerlotz Alan Legerlotz is a principal consultant at Flexera Software with over 16 years of experience writing installations using InstallShield. Alan also delivers training and develops customer solutions with InstallAnywhere, AdminStudio, and Workflow Manager.
	Fletcher Oliver Fletcher Oliver works for Flexera Software's technical support team where he helps software developers overcome their installation development challenges. As a Mac user himself, Fletcher is particularly passionate about developing Mac OS X installers.
	Maureen Polte Maureen Polte is senior director of product management at Flexera Software for InstallShield, InstallAnywhere, and AdminStudio, where she is responsible for designing product releases that enable software producers to install their software reliably on PCs, database servers, Web services, and mobile devices. Maureen works with a variety of firms — from large enterprise packaging operations to part-time packagers – to design and implement solutions around application packaging, process management, and the desktop of the future.
	Cary Roys Cary Roys is a previous consultant at Flexera Software having worked with InstallShield, AdminStudio, and FlexNet Connect to facilitate setup authoring, MSI repackaging, and application deployment for companies around the world. Cary has many years of experience building and troubleshooting Windows Installer and InstallScript setups.
	Steve Schmidt Steve Schmidt is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Flexera Software, responsible for strategic planning and M&A processes, as well as other cross-product line initiatives.  Steve has previously led product planning, positioning and market delivery of Flexera Software’s industry-leading licensing and installation solutions, including the FlexNet, InstallShield and AdminStudio product lines.  Steve began his 20+ year technology management career running global IT projects for Procter & Gamble's Advanced Technology Group. Steve received a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
	Harshit Srivastava Harshit Srivastava is a software engineer who has been developing Flexera Software’s InstallAnywhere product for more than 3.5 years. He has worked on various features of InstallAnywhere including the support for virtual appliances. Harshit has a total of 6 years of experience as a Java developer, and he earned Sun Certified Java Programmer (SCJP) 1.5 certification.

	Peter Varhol Peter Varhol is Principal of Technology Strategy Research, an independent research and analysis firm specializing in the software application lifecycle. He has graduate degrees in computer science and mathematics, and in his 25 year career has been a software developer, software product manager, technology journalist, and college professor. Peter is a well-known speaker at software conferences, and has authored dozens of articles on software development theory and practice.
	Bryan Wolf Bryan Wolf is a Software Engineer who has been developing and supporting the InstallShield, FlexNet Connect, and AdminStudio products for over 6 years. Bryan's expertise is in networking and COM with Win32 environments as well as MSI based installations.
	Hidenori Yamanishi Hidenori Yamanishi is a senior software engineer at Flexera Software. He has more than 10 years of experience working on the InstallShield product line in roles that have ranged from software development to Japanese localization. Some of Hidenori's contributions to InstallShield include developing and maintaining features such as the SQL Scripts, Text File Changes, and Component Services views, as well as the Visual Studio Deployment Project Import Wizard.
